Please Note:
1. To qualify for Better Energy Communities Grant support, your house must achieve (i) a minimum postworks BER rating of B2 & (ii) achieve a post-works uplift in energy performance of 100kWh/m2/yr minimum.
If an existing house is already B-rated, it would be unlikely to meet these criteria; otherwise, most houses
qualify where a medium to deep-retrofit project is being carried out.

2. On receipt of the above house particulars, SURVEY & DESIGN SERVICES will be in contact to discuss the
project further & to provide a quotation for carrying out a HOME ENERGY ASSESSMENT (an SEAI grant of
350 Euros is available towards this cost)
