As well as designing & project co-ordinating energy retrofit projects, Kevin also carries out energy audits & energy assessments of both commercial & residential buildings.

Kevin & his team have also been engaged in preparing Energy Master Plans (EMP’s) for a number of SEAI-registered Sustainable Energy Communities (SEC’s) over recent years. This work involves carrying out baseline energy usage analyses within study areas & identifying opportunities for energy use & emission reductions, as well as community-based renewable energy projects, in the short & medium terms.
